When you become the landlord. You gonna charge bin rent?
How you gonna sell same delv. Period as tenant? Will you let tenant sell your 50% when they have time to haul/move it? Are the truck loads sold on a 50/50 split or 100% delivered in your name? Settle up discrepancies at the end of the year?
