SE MN | I know every area and every farm is different but those are some strong land costs to be paying. Kudos to you for making that work, especially on the tiling/dirt work side of things. Maybe you install it yourself but there is still a cost to that and if you can pay 1/2 that cost and then give the LL full credit for the gain in production on top of it and make a good return per acre that is really impressive. | |
