E.Central MN | I guess if it's such a thorn in your britches then you should sit down and dig up the numbers on exactly what it costs you to operate that land, and also estimate the landlord's share of the costs including property taxes, etc. That way you'll have actual numbers to look at and you can decide if you can live with the current terms or not. If it's completely untenable to you, then you need to decide if you should approach the landlord and discuss the issue of unfair share costs. It might/might not work out the way you want it to. | |
