NEMO | As one poster said, annual ryegrass. Deer love that stuff. Everything else you listed would be good. It sounds like you are going after a long lived plot, so you could add some brome and orchard grass. With any of these listed forages, deer will use them more if they are kept shorter as they want the young tender growth. We always saw more deer two to three pastures behind the cattle grazing as those previously grazed pastures were in the new tender growth stages.
