Seems to have a lot of turnover lol. I would agree with the tour of duty part as openings in sales for company's opens up above what a coop would pay or just better hours.

I would say if you got gravy dirt thats buildt up and you can just run removal rates of P and K and throw on whatever rate of N you run there really isnt much an agronomist is good for lol. I mean hefty bros have the fert removal app pretty easy to see what you need lol. I would say the biggest advantage is the whole package of chem seed fert ect and knowing what works locally with the combination of all of them. Even if im not getting the sale on the chem for say but they still run the program thats a win in my books. Nothing like doing a good job on seed and fert and having the whole thing ruined by a chem program thats cheap and doesnt work worth a **** lol.
