E.Central MN | I watched a young guy hired at a small fertilizer facility(owned by a national chain). We had stopped doing much business with them, but he showed up and did some scouting and made some recommendations so I started buying seed from them. After a few years he decided to quit and take a job as a truck driver. I wonder if the pay/benefits were that much better or if he got tired of having to hit higher and higher sales goals every year? | |
