I say cheap and Cadillac lol...smaller income pool lol...
The biggest driver I think is social media..The people see what the ultra fortunate have and can do, and it's I want that or nothing.....we lost the delayed gratification and enjoying the process.....we want it all yesterday....
Not sure when the bubble pops....but it is going to be ugly.
