Early planting beans in the south?

But what benefit is there to planting that early if they don't come up till well into May? If I wait to plant in May when soils are warmer, beans will be out of ground in 3 days. Seems like alot of risk just to gave them come up at the same time as later planting. Im just asking...no expert for sure.
