NE IN | I wouldn't worry about many specs, just go to Harbor Freight and buy an electric one. I've had gas, electric, and used heated fancy expensive ones. The heated ones are a bear to get around and weigh a ton! your wife will not be happy and quite honestly why would you need heat to use around house. The gas ones are nice when they actually start and haven't been setting since the prior season plus they run wide open when you stop power washing, the electric ones are on demand. I wouldn't over think it, just buy a cheap electric one. Now, if your wanting something for equipment with heavy grease/oil then yes go gas with diesel heat.
