BUT,if the nuisance and hidden acoustic waves are going to be on a neighbors and you still have to endure it,,I would take the dollars for the issues.Take the extra income and think about it over 20 years ,plus.So you are talking of 2 to 3 million.You could then give your land to heirs and still live well.What if next week you have a sudden illness or injury?When I had a nearly paralyzed tractor roll over is when I decided that signing a solar contract for a certain parcel was a good idea for me.Just an awakening time.
