EC Indiana
Todd, i don’t have any on my own ground, but we farm around a few. Have dealt with the construction process for the turbine, drive ways, transmission lines, towers, turn radius, etc. The construction process gets drawn out and the topsoil may or may not return to where it belongs. It took three years of me continually following up to prove to the powers that they messed up county ditch. After 5 attempts they finally fixed it. The ground disturbed around the tower and pad will NEVER return to what it was. Still dealing with compaction, ditches, drainage years later even from the first ones that went in (has it been 8-10 years?)
I fully agree with Mark though. Looking at the turbines isn’t near as awful as the solar farms.
