These aren't just neighbors, they are lifelong friends and we all have helped each other in the fields, building bins, remodeling houses, painting tractors, tiling, not to mention birthday parties, graduations etc of our kids. Not saying someone can't change their mind, but they would definitely give me a heads up so I could rethink my position as well.
