| Never been charged yet to supply parts, but I understand that hard to hire a guy to spend 10-20 minutes looking up parts that cost $20.00 and stay in business, not sure how I would react, but I also remember who treats me well with a small sale when I need something more costly. Went to buy parts for a Kohler faucet one time, took parts guy a long time to find them and was only a few dollars part, that one made me feel good as when I brought my wife home previous ly from the hospital with a new baby the first week of
February to find that the well pump had bit the bullet they were too busy at 2:00 on Friday afternoon to help us till the next week. | |
