you went to a repair shop to get parts that take away from there bottom line making repairs , you pulled a man off a paying job the charges were reasonable and transparent ,
No sir, the charges were not transparent until I got the bill. I'm 60 years old and this is the first time in my life that I've been charged a shop fee for parts only. Kinda rubs me the wrong way. |
