Nwmo | We had the same problem last year with our newborn girl, at about 2.5 months we were desperate to find something to get her to sleep through the night. 2 things completely changed it all for us. Putting her in a crib in her own room, and reading a book called Baby Wise. I would recommend reading that book, it will give you a set of rules to follow alot like DKO is suggesting. Put them on a feeding schedule and do everything the same when your getting them ready for bed.
In my experience it does not get better until you do something about it.
