MN | One trick is to make sure you never rock the baby to sleep - they have to learn to go to sleep on their own - so we put the baby to bed awake most of the time. We did that with our three boys and once they got through the usual first six weeks, they would sleep the night. The only time they showed up in our room or cried in the night after that was when something was really wrong - and usually the vomiting followed within a minute or two.... Now they are all teenagers and can't get them to go to bed at night or they are gone and you are wondering where they are at - and wish they were still back in their crib where you could see them. | |
