just a tish NE of central ND
I Called around to a dealer or two today and talked used pickups with them. one guy would not give me tha previous owner number to talk to him about a particular vehicle he was wanting to sell me..........says he is prohibited by privacy issues and the law to disclose a precious owners name......Is this true or is he full of shat and just avoiding complications on the sale?
