| With respect to privacy laws, in college now, the person who wrote the paper / assignment has to pick it up himself, even if the teacher sees him there, but he wants his buddy to get it for him 'while your up'. The teacher can't give it to anyone else but the student for liability reasons.
In a sense, I am surprised my college allows us to put our name on the paper. Really, we should only have to put our student # on it, for potential bias reasons. | |
