nebraska | Upper big blue here as well, I highly doubt our aquifer will ever run out of water, at least for the foreseeable future. That said I don’t know why some guys are trying to seemingly pump it dry, I know it’s dry here but running wells continuously since planting in April and early May seems a little ridiculous. Have a neighbor that’s been putting half an inch on beans almost continuously since planting, pivots have probably made 10 passes already, I just don’t get it. | |
