I’m in the Lower Republic. We get 45” in a 5 year span and can carry over up to 9” to the next allocation years (if we have extra water).But if we are in a water short year and give us a allocation amount of like 7” for the year, and we go over the NRD takes like 1 1/5 inches per one inch of over usage ( just example).
