Hopefully it works out so it stays in the family, boy it sure seems to tear alot apart, i always thought it would be a decent idea to get two appraisals, seller gets one of their own and buyer gets one of their own and split it down the middle, appraisals can definitely be influenced by whomever is footing the bill to get one.
