This is what I think.  If you want family to get it them just come to some figure you both are happy with. (and it doesn't have to be in the range of current sales) It doesn't have to be top dollar, just something you're happy with.  Everyone is always worried they may not have got the absolute last dollar they can get when in reality it usually doesn't matter.  Some day you're going to die and then it won't matter.  Money splits up more families than about anything and I see it often in farm families.
