SW Oklahoma | We’re fixing to get into this in our family. Personally I like to be prepared, so I believe I’d get a professional appraisal done and get it on paper to show the cousins if need be. I’d get their bid first and if it didn’t meet the appraisal value I’d drag out the appraisal(nicely). See how it goes from there
