southern MN		It is possible to set up a right of first refusal.

Bid out the land and whomever wins. The cousins can match the price and buy it.

This may keep some buyers away, and may not get you top dollar. Your cousins won’t be bidding for one.

It does allow the cousins to buy it or not, and you get a sort of somewhat fair market price.
