How many acres are involved? I would simply meet with your cousins and start the conversation. Tell them you’d like to sell for a fair price and you’d like it to stay in the family. If you can’t come to an agreement, (an argument ensues) the fairest way is to put it up for auction. You tried to be amicable, if it drags on, your part of the Drama.
