1. So far, we are in a good relationship with the cousins and would like to keep it that way.
2. While the money is important, the blood relationship holds more weight
3. We will take this one step at a time and assume the cousins (and their adult kids) will find a way to purchase it.
4. I think an auction will be our last option
5. Land is in the Dakotas
