Subject: Value of ketones

Pittsburg, Kansas
I remember five years ago on this forum there were some people warning me of ketoacidosis as a result of wife and I doing a low carb, ketogenic diet. Education has improved from that time period but there are still a lot of people that somehow think that ketone production is not a normal or even preferential form of energy production.

Our fifty year societal fight against fat has brought about this misinformation in the public general. But old research along with a lot of very modern and recent research is changing the tide on nutritional education.

Here is researcher Ben Bikman being interviewed by a devout carnivore doctor. There are things to be learned from this interview. For everyone, no matter what you prefer to eat.
