Southwestern Minnesota | I don't think they were trying to say that one person showed a pattern. I think that the article is stating that the research has not shown that a keto diet causes acute kidney problems on a wide scale. However, they did find one case that it did seem to show that it did. For the most part, the keto diet did not show immediate/acute problems, but rather the kidney issues were more concerning for those with underlying kidney issues to start with. That was my take on the article anyway. If you look at the references at the end, you will see the 15 different articles that they used to publish their report. | |
