You are right in it all boils down to who you believe. Us mere mortals don't have the time or initiative to read and understand the research papers. We have to rely on those with the knowledge and understanding to read the research and summarize it for us.

The doctor below along with about a dozen others I listen to literally saved my and my wife's lives with the information he has provided while conventional medicine failed us. So I openly admit I am biased and tend to believe the other things he says about medical stuff. Although being human, I am sure he also makes mistakes.

I firmly believe a person has to be their own health advocate, and not totally rely on everything the health and nutrition industry promotes. They also are human.
