Automation and more tech will have the opposite effect of your fear.
There will be more young sharp guys needed, not less.
The highly specialized bonanza farms with huge unaffordable steam engines and labor expense disappeared when the first ICE tractors came out that allowed 1 man band diversified farms.
I think we will see that repeat over the next 30-40 years.
