I think it will just push the labor side to fewer people but more skilled. Now instead of knowing how to top off the semi with the grain cart you will need to know how to tell it how to do that task, as well as fix any problems that come up.
More likely you will be cleaning up 1,000 bushel spills instead of 10 bushel ones.
