NE South Dakota Clark, SD | I had a full knee replacement almost a year and half ago at age 50. I am glad I had it done, but it was about 6 months before I thought I made the right decision. By a year, i was very happy. Mine had been noisy for at least 25 years and regular pain for 10 years. The last couple years I was taking Aleve every day and it dulled the pain anyway. The last 6 months Aleve did not do much. Now no more pain, just some muscle soreness if I overdo it. I spend most of my days either driving or sitting at a computer, so I am not in the best of physical condition.
