Has anyone tried it? A good friend and his wife are on it, plan to be for 3 months. He's done a lot of research and found many benefits so I'm considering it. Would try it for a month or two just to drop the carb/sugar weight. Definitely sounds like the most enjoyable diet!

I went 100% carnivore for a couple months to figure out my asthma/farmer lung. Felt great. Any and all aches and pains went away. Asthma completely disappeared.

I did get tired of eating meat though. Not as enjoyable as you might think, but the results were amazing.

I have since started adding other food back in and had settled into a borderline keto diet and avoid ALL preprocessed foods and synthetic additives. If there is an ingredient that I can't grow or make in my kitchen, I don't eat it.

I haven't gotten sick once since I started eating clean (used to get sick 5 to 15 times a winter) and my asthma is completely gone.
