5 years low carb and now 95% carnivore for wife and I. I lost all I needed and more than I expected on low carb keto. Wife lost and maintained about half of what she would like.
We both suspect pure carnivore would benefit her but it is hard for her to give up her beloved onions and we both enjoy cheese and deserts made from heavy cream and cream cheese. I suspect those few things are holding her back. Fortunately her remaining health is fine so it is more a matter of vanity looks rather than further health improvements for her. So not a high priority for either of us.
