I stopped losing weight when I got to the weight I was at High School graduation. I never grew in height after that. If I had kept growing it may have been different. You will stop losing weight when you hit your natural weight.
Your last sentence might be true. I was losing weight steadily all summer but stopped at 205. It is winter so it's harder to lose but was hoping to lose another 10 to 15 pounds but maybe my body says I'm done |
