Pittsburg, Kansas | As far as the expense of a carnivore diet goes, it kind of depends on where a person is starting from.
If starting from a rice and beans diet, yes it does get expensive.
If a person is used to buying lots of junk food at convenient stores and the grocery store, carnivore might even get to be cheaper than the money a couple had been spending.
I don't think our overall total food cost changed all that much.
