North West IA/western AZ | I've been keto and now carnivore for a year now. I dropped nearly 50 pounds while never getting hungry. If eating is your only recreation then carnivore might not be for you. If you just eat for nourishment then it's easy. My day starts with bacon and eggs. Ribeye steak for dinner and 3 hotdogs and a boiled egg for supper. I tried skipping breakfast but my wife thought I was getting too skinny. | |
