The dealer is 20 or so miles away $100 for mileage on the service truck is way reasonable the Tech gets paid from the time he leaves the dealership until he gets back to the dealership. Travel time at least an hour for 40 miles round trip. Plus 3-4 diagnostics at $65 each is $260 so I come up with $360 plus tax. So close to your bill of $407.55 only a complete AH would even question it.
Second point I don't buy that you waited week to even asked what the tech though you needed to fix the tractors. My guess is that you wouldn't pay that amount either. | |
