While it’s no excuse, people find it easier to let their emotions get the best of them while not face to face. The guy may have been having a bad day and then gets a call from a guy complaining about a bill…
If the face to face is unsatisfactory to you, then I would write the check in the full amount and never darken his doors again. | |
