Sounds like they just had a lazy HR department. I work for a big corporation and we have the laziest people in HR I’ve ever seen. And we had Covid pay. It didn’t last as long as people thought. The program had ran out by the time I got Covid. And I only missed three days anyway. Don’t ask how I got over it that quickly!!!!
