what he is saying. In 2020 there was a federally declared crop disaster. In 2021 I gave up a farm because a better/closer one became available.
In 2023 fsa decided to make a disaster payment on the 2020 disaster. I should be the one to collect the disaster payment off said farm, not the new 
tenant that took over for me in 2021. Thats how things work in their world and 20 of the 23 of you that responded would expect to get that disaster
payment ach'd to your checking account by the end of the 1st business day. I dont blame you. New owner of place is just like Bayer buying Monsanto
and having to pick up the lawsuits. If I'm understanding him rite, he has a point. idc which way it goes. :)
