Or you’re not explaining it well. Are you saying that she should be entitled to some type of “Covid pay” from a former employer that failed to apply for Covid pay during her previous employment?
Also sounds like she is a hardworking employee that is dedicated to doing her job and giving good care to her patients. All while surviving her round of Covid and potentially driving when weather conditions are poor. | |
