I wasn't terribly impressed with the host of the first link when he was interviewed by the host of the second link . He seemed flustered as opposed to confident on his own youtube channel.

I am neither Vegan nor Keto. The vegetables I eat most are potatoes and carrots with cauliflower and broccoli occasionally for variety. and even more rarely cucumbers and iceberg lettuce because not many calories. As for fats I don't limit myself to saturated only.

Four years ago I spent six weeks living with a niece and her family. They ate mostly vegan and I probably showed a bit of displeasure, but I went home weighing less than when I arrived.

I guess Vegan works for some and Keto works for others and I fall in between.
