Well if they are basing the claim of a drought off the US Drought Monitor that’s worthless. Rained almost every day in October but don’t worry still a D2 drought at that time. Rutted off a few corn fields in the “drought”. Yes it was a dry growing season but once crops got ripe the showers came.
