Every single pediatrician tells things like this to new parents. No celery, no cured meats before two years of age. It's absolutely being told to people. Why do you think Walmart and most every grocery store sells distilled baby water?
Also you drink far more weigh of water in a day than you eat of spinach. That would be like 6 cups of spinach to have 600ppm.
