| I know if you aren’t breastfeeding and using you should use formula you do however start feeding baby food when they start getting teeth around 6 months of age.

A serving of spinach is 600mg per serving sometimes more sometimes less.
60 Liters of water to equal the same!!!!
Most adults are going to drink around 2 liters a day.
