dentist said keep on doing what you are doing.
eventually i started having issues with my teeth.
i didn't do myself any favors by going so infrequently
in my younger days and i had insurance. he died and
new dentist fixed my teeth. i firmly believe had i
been more vigilant on my oral health things would not
have been so painful. now my insurance covers 3
cleanings per year. and don't forget to floss. i brush
2x a day and floss before bed. i always thought i was
doing a good job with my teeth and i was very wrong.
