I never heard of flossing as a kid. Then as a teen had a mouthful of cavities on into 20's.... Got a hygenist who explained flossing. DUH. Said its most important to get food out from between the teeth.
Im lucky at 75 to have all my teeth, though I have several crowns.
How often to you get your teeth cleaned?
