Panhandle of Ne. | Very sad and avoidable situation. I don’t know what charges should be brought against the girl. Not only did this man die but his family whether it be wife, parents, kids or grandkids lost a loved one and their lives are forever changed.
The man that was injured will most certainly have injuries that could possibly disable him or cause him problems for the rest of his life.
Most people on here are always preaching, myself included, that individuals don’t take responsibility for their actions. Should this situation be any different because the offender is 17 years old? I don’t know, but I’m quite certain that the family of the man that died and the man that was injured will file a lawsuit against her.
There are no winners in this type of deal only losers. | |
