You might have a different point of view as well if your son/wife/father/brother was dead due to someone deciding to risk 3 peoples lives to save 2 minutes on her drive.
What would be an appropriate punishment for that ridiculous decision?
Honestly have a very good point, hard to argue that. I can’t answer, like someone said it depends if she even feels the remorse.
Certainly not saying she shouldn’t get punishment, vehicular homicide is same charge as if she was drunk.
